BARLOWORLD LOGISTICS are South Africa's local lead in the global supply chain industry. In 2016, specialist software was purchased to enable, encourage and implement feedback from all staff about daily business operations. Staff in the thick of it know best practices or have alternative ideas to improve the company work flow. With the introduction of the I-Cube software all staff would have a voice and platform for their ideas. Upon approval, the best suggestions would earn the ideator a significant implementation reward. Using the linear graphic style that I created earlier in the year, I-Cubed really came to life well to illustrate its three pillars: Ideas, improvements, innovations.
